If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
We offer Express (2-4 days) or Standard delivery (3-6 days, depending on location). Additionally, there are different delivery options through a range of couriers, depending on your delivery location. To view the full options for your location.
While your order is being packed and processed, you’ll see ‘In Progress’ in your Order History. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress from us to you.
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However it may be possible to cancel the order, if you call our customer service team within one hour of making the purchase.
On the Shopping Bag page, you’ll see ‘Got a promotion code?’ under Order Summary. You can enter the code here before proceeding to Checkout. If the code isn’t working, please check it has been spelled corrected correctly and no extra spaces or characters have been added. Please note that we don’t currently accept Gift Cards online.

Shipping & Delivery
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number on this e-mail to view your shipment's progress. You can also easily follow your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website.
Shipping usually takes between three to five business days, depending on your country, but may take up to seven days for some destinations. More specific shipping days can be found under our help section and shipping information for each website.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

We offer standard shipping on all orders internationally. Under our help section you will find the delivery costs for other delivery services than standard shipping, specific for your country.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, it will specify which items were included in that shipment. If we are not able to fulfill all of your items from the warehouse location, we might do a split shipment where the remaining items will be shipped separately. In each shipping confirmation, the items included in the parcel will be stated, so if some items are missing they will be shipped separately if nothing else has been communicated. Please reach out to us in case you are still uncertain of where your items are.
Returns & Exchanges
Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order. This will ensure our returns department receive your request, rather than our customer care team. Make sure you include your order number in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.
Returns take a maximum of 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed for a refund. Once this has been done, you’ll receive a return confirmation email to let you know. If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 days, please contact customer service here with your proof of return and a list of the items returned.

While we don’t have a specific maternity range, some of our garments are designed with more relaxed and comfortable fits. You can find more information on the fit of the product in the description and in our online size guide. We always welcome feedback on our collections. If you can’t find the size for you, please let our customer service team know.
We know how important it is for a garment to fit properly and feel right, so we take time to explain a garment’s fit, style and material on each item’s page. If you do have any other questions relating to fit, materials or want specific measurements, please contact Customer Service who will be happy to advise you. If they don’t have the information to hand, they’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
The estimated shipping date is noted on the product page and in the checkout process. If you place an order with pre-order items and in-stock items, you will receive separate shipments and shipment confirmations when each item is dispatched.
If you order products that are in-stock along with pre-order items, you will receive multiple shipments: we will ship you the in-stock item as soon as possible, and the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will see two separate charges that will equal your total order amount, that will occur at the time of each shipment.
If you order more than one pre-order item, and they have different shipping dates, they may be sent together at the later shipping date. This depends on the estimated inbounding date.
Our regular return policy applies to pre-order items. You will have 14 days from when you receive your item from your order to return any items from your order. For ease of return processing, we recommend only making one return shipment.
